Fabrics: All roller blind fabrics are also available for vertical blinds perfect for large rooms with more than one window. All fabric is good quality and available in a selection of patterns and colours.

Measurements: Always measure in millimetres. On the inside start at the top of the window and measure wall to wall enter the figure in the box. Again on the inside measure from the centre of your window down enter the figure in the box.

Measurements / fitting: From the sizes we receive the relevant deductions from the width will be made to ensure room for the fixings and additional material will be added to the height of your window for the drop to ensure a perfect fit for your custom made blind.

Finish: Roller blinds come with a straight bottom as standard. To enhance your blind you have the option of selecting a scallop finish which is trimmed with a braid of your choice.

Control Chain: All roller blinds come with a white chain which is used for working the blind. All chains and fixtures are white as standard.

Quote: The quote you receive will be the price of your made to measure blind including VAT. The only additional charge is £7 – which is for postage and packaging of your whole order.

Delivery: Blinds are always despatched within 7 working days, usually within 4 working days. The packaging is specifically for your blinds and therefore should arrive to you in perfect order. In case of damage in transit, you are advised not to sign the delivery note, the blind will then be returned to us.

Payment: All major credit cards are accepted by us. Please be assured that card payments are made using a secure facility and a credit card receipt will be sent with your blind.
